The Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) was created to assist international students and foreign exchange faculty/scholars and their families by advising them on federal immigration regulations, and by providing counseling on personal, academic and cultural matters. In addition, we try to promote cross-cultural awareness in the Tulane community through educational programming, such as orientation, cultural adjustment, awareness programming and cross - cultural communication.

We encourage you to use our services and programs whenever necessary to resolve your problems and concerns or to just enhance your experience.
